My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The beautifully appointed and sparkling clean room was a highlight, but the delayed room service was a letdown. The service could use some improvement in customer handling, but the staff's friendliness was a saving grace. The location, though good for exploring the French Quarter, had its share of downside with vagrants around. The dining experience was adequate, and the facilities met my basic needs.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean, offering a larger space than most city hotels. However, the proximity to the workout room led to some early morning noise. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Niko and Gaby. The location was perfect, close to transportation and local attractions. The dining experience was one of the best I've ever had. Overall, a wonderful experience despite a few minor issues.
